Infrared Welder

MSH-IR13075 is a infrared plastic welding machine designed by MP Sonic in super large size specification for the welding of parts in very big measurement fuel tank of vehicle.
MP Sonic infrared welder applies higher power driver type IR control system specially designed by MP Sonic to control heating temperature , which can be applied for hot platen welding also. Machine applies servo motors systems to control toolings motion and force clamp pressure to welded parts during operation in fast and accurate action. Linear ways are applied for tooling moving guide. The jig bed for upper fixture and lower fixture is made by cast-steel plate in anti-deformation design, ensuring machine stability in long duration. Orbital mechanical system is designed on base jig bed for easy parts loading and unloading.

13. All-around safety protection system including auto door at operation window, optical fence, safety door at two sides and rear, E-stop buttons, alarm system, etc, ensure machine and human safety during operation;

14. Alarm system for machine error with source of error displaying on HMI help easy fault shooting;

15. Remote service system by MP Sonic I-Cloud New-work serve system, realize fast service with very low cost.
